Health and Tyranny
March 22, 2010
IT IS POSSIBLE to feel a deeper bond today with our forebears, those who saw the natural ties with their mother country dissolve. Our government no longer represents us, no longer speaks for us, and is hostile to our interests. The Wall Street Journal calls the takeover of the American health industry “transformative.” It is indeed. It transforms disgust into full-blooded outrage and contempt. It transforms America into a land of continual civil unrest or of entrenched mediocrity.
Here at the American Thinker is the appropriate “Declaration of Dependency.” It says:
We hold these truths to be morally relative; that all men are not created equal, but we can make them equal by instituting laws to ensure social, racial, and economic equality
Fitzgerald writes:
This is a very sad day.
“I’m as mad as hell and I’m not going to take it anymore.” Except I have no choice. I will fight but unless my neighbors and others wake up and fight back, we’re done for.
The passage of this bill is the sine qua non victory of feminism. Safety and healthcare for all: the ultimate nanny state cloaked in “rights” and entitlements language. In the end, this will destroy us financially and crush us under a central tyrannical leviathan all to serve a utopian vision of paradise on earth. I realize there are other causes than female suffrage, but just like a chain, you just break one link for chain to be severed. Women voters have made us all, but especially men because, let’s be honest, who does most of the work but men, slaves to “fairness” and “equality.” Men acknowledge, real men that is, that unfair things happen and life isn’t fair fundamentally. Christ acknowledged this when he stated very matter of factly that we would always have the poor with us. Somebody should have informed President Johnson and others.
This utopian nonsense that the bulk of Western citizens, male and female, accept is a swindle! It is not possible to make the world fair and equal. Reality will eventually be so crushing as to force the people to wake up and thrust off these adolescent notions, but the damage will have already been done.
