FASHION models in Berlin this week showcase the work of designer Patrick Mohr.

Kilroy M. writes:

There is a theory out there that since the fashion industry is run by homosexuals, the models and the fashion itself promotes and celebrates a female form that is androgynous or almost boy-like; it is a reflection of the Freudian complexes of homosexual designers while also suggesting a link between homosexuality and paedophilia. This latest is truly revolting.

Laura writes:

This is stunning. Am I seeing things?

Kilroy writes:

It’s horrible, isn’t it? I think the reason why this has been allowed to get this far is because there is no real opposition to it on principled grounds. Everybody thinks in relativist liberal terms today, even mainstream conservatives, so why should anything be denounced as objectively ugly? The things we are witnessing in popular culture are so freakish that even ten years ago they would be considered implausible. The bare chested bearded ladies are symbolic of the same things we see happening to everything from gender relations, marriage, the idea of nation, to architecture, town planning, art in all its different forms, music, film, simply everything. We are inundated by things whose primary purpose seems to be to intentionally offend. The boundaries keep being pushed. This leads to the mainstreaming of horror. You just can’t make this stuff up. It’s unstoppable.
