J.C. Penney’s Responds to a Concerned Customer
February 10, 2012
PAULA BLANCHARD wrote the following e-mail to the corporate office of J.C. Penney today to protest the hiring of the lesbian Ellen DeGeneres as the company’s official spokeswoman. See the family retailer’s response to Mrs. Blanchard below.
To J.C. Penney:
I am NOT a member of One Million Moms. I have shopped J.C. Penney for many years, however, and am very disturbed by your new spokesperson. Ellen started out by criticizing a huge customer base. In my experience, many of your customers are traditional families with traditional values. I do not appreciate having Ellen’s “Gayness” thrown in my face every time I see a J.C. Penney ad. Would you hire a spokesperson that is fundamentally Christian? Practicing Muslim? Right to Life leader? Or any other prominent leader of social or religious movements that are rocking our country right now? Why cause more division? Didn’t you see this coming? Do you have some other agenda? I will be watching closely to see how you handle this. And as you are very aware, I can easily take my business elsewhere.
J.C. Penney responded:
As we focus on being in sync with the rhythm of our customers’ lives and operating in a ‘Fair and Square’ manner that is rooted in integrity, simplicity and respect, we couldn’t think of a better partner than Ellen DeGeneres. We are extremely proud to have her on our team.
Of course, when the company refers to respect, it does not mean respect to Mrs. Blanchard. She and those like her are not worthy of its respect (unless they produce homosexual credentials.) Now, you may ask, why would the retailer show such disrespect to someone like Mrs. Blanchard, who probably epitomizes its traditional customer base of middle class, family-oriented shoppers?
Such is the nature of liberalism. The corporate office of J.C Penney is willing to risk the loyalty of millions of customers to support one, not-very-funny Hollywood lesbian. It believes in her cause. Not only has the retailer hired DeGeneres, it couldn’t think of anyone better in all of America to represent it. The lesbian is its patron saint.
J.C. Penney, with its slick talk of “simplicity,” has joined the ranks of America’s biggest bullies. Homosexuals are committed to bullying America into submission.

Look at the twisted DeGeneres playing a nun. And the character played by the male actor is a homosexual too.
