Iowa Wrestling Champ Becomes Instant Celebrity

April 13, 2015

COLE FOX, a sadly-confused 18-year-old state wrestling champ from a “Catholic” high school in Gilbertsville, Iowa, is the latest victim of what is now widespread political exploitation of the young by the media and cultural Marxist agitators. Fox has achieved international acclaim and, as he put it, the support of the entire state of Iowa, for announcing he likes sodomy.

Leaving aside the issue of what this misleadingly suggests about the sport of wrestling, the exploited and uninformed teenager, who apparently believes he is a theologian on the side, has told the world, via the many media outlets that never miss an opportunity to corrupt minors or bow down before the golden calf of sexual confusion and distress, that Catholic teaching has changed for the better. It’s all about love now. Apparently when the Church has condemned the suicidal and sadomasochistic consequences of homosexual culture, while never condemning or excluding from its maternal love those with involuntary homoerotic desires, and tried to protect young men from the diseases and spiritual alienation associated with sodomy, it was just mean, mean, mean. Apparently, no one at his “Catholic” school has bothered to tell Mr. Fox that Church dogma can never change because moral reality can never change.

We are awash in so much sentimentality, dear reader, that people now routinely mistake love for hate and hate for love. High five, Mr. Satan!

We can’t blame Fox for being the product of so much brainwashing in this monstrously evil and decadent society in which almost everyone is his own theological expert and for not understanding, at his tender age, what true love is. He’s just another adolescent political pawn. In a decent society, the owners of these media outlets would be put on trial for criminal corruption of the young (only a version of the Nuremberg Trials could encompass the full extent of this criminal behavior) and tuition would be returned to parents by the school, which has confiscated the property of the Catholic Church.

It’s funny. I once wrestled for Shorewood High School just north of Milwaukee in a great state for wrestling and we always went to the State finals while Iowa was always recognized as one of the best in the sport in the nation as we were.
Recently, I have been invoking an argument or commentary to other folks about Christian love. It goes like this: if you love someone (as I do everyone), you want the best for them. That is true love. Wanting the best for the beloved. The best for any soul is salvation in Jesus Christ and embarking on the straight and narrow road to Heaven.
Pretending that Christian love means never offering a sinner the true means of happiness and liberation is evil piled on evil.
This Catholic teacher was suspended and reinstated for what she wrote about homosex on Facebook:
But in reinstating her: “ … school director Msgr. Seamus Brennan states in part: “Immaculata High School has reached an understanding with Mrs. Patricia Jannuzzi. It is the School’s position that a Catholic school teacher must always communicate the faith in a way that is positive and never hurtful.”

This is absurd. “Never hurtful”? How can anyone proclaim moral truth and the Gospel so it is “never hurtful”? It can’t be done.

Love that desires the best for another may very well be hurtful if it denies the beloved the support and validation they desire for sin and self-harm.
