Dallas Salon Owner Revisited
May 11, 2020
A COMMENTER AT Youtube offers some perceptive observations about the case of Shelley Luther, the Dallas salon owner who made national news last week after she defied a judge’s order to keep her salon closed:
So I have to say that my gut tells me that this whole drama is orchestrated …. Ok so here is my assessment of the Tucker Carlson report on the jailing of Shelley Luther in Dallas County, TX.
The entire court record can be found here.
A video of the case can be seen here.
So my first look at this report is that as is usually the case with Cable “News” opinion shows such as Fox News or MSNBC the people telling the story are always going to use language that will stir the pot of divisiveness by putting in subtle things that generally rile people up and brew divisiveness across racial lines, political lines, class lines, etc. It has all the makings of a staged event, but without proof or more evidence I really can’t say for sure, but certain things come to mind…
1. Surely this woman is not the only person in a huge city like Dallas to decide to violate these silly restrictions and attempt to go back to work.
2. There is a reason that they have made this a case of a black Democrat judge who is originally from New York to prosecute a blonde white woman business owner so they could make this both racial and political.
3. You will find exactly 20 pages of various versions of the regurgitated story on various news outlets and blogs about the one story using the same pictures and tag line.
4. Rather than arguing that these stipulations are ridiculous due to the scientific evidence that countless credible doctors are trying to get anyone to listen to, they have the lawyer state that she was following all the CDC guidelines (which is what they should be questioning) to make the case look more unjust, and then make sure to mention other unrelated cases of prisoners being let out to protect them from Covid-19 which are also probably staged cases. We know that judges get bought off, and most certainly citizens (or actors) can get bought off too.
5. When searching her business not much comes up. No website. No contact info so you can make an appointment. It doesn’t even show up when you click the “Map” tab, but there is an address listed for the business, and it is a residential home with people other than Shelley Luther residing there.
6. I looked through the countless articles to find the name of the salon and found this. The name on the building “Head2Toe Salon” doesn’t match the name of the shop listed “Salon Á la Mode,” and her name is not mentioned in any of the reviews.
7. Lastly, this case is to make an example to scare anyone else from trying to defy unjustified laws and restrictions. But of course, they will make it political by bringing in the opposition from the other political side. It’s controlled conflict in my opinion. So basically, I still feel that the main TV networks and cable news networks are there for the purpose of creating chaos and divisiveness to make it about race, politics, and staged civil injustice without ever touching on the real issues at hand which is the lies they are telling the public.

About #6:
Based on her first Facebook entries, it looks like Shelley took over the Head 2 Toe Salon space in Oct 2017 and leases out spaces:
The last post on Head 2 Toe Salon’s Facebook page was on Sept 6, 2017, and their website link there is 404.
So it looks as though the Google maps screenshot is out of date.

Thanks.
I hope the news accounts are accurate. I have not looked into her story myself. America doesn’t need any more liars.
