WHO: Asymptomatic Transmission Rare
June 9, 2020
NOW THAT it’s successfully acclimated billions of people to soft totalitarianism and inflicted untold economic and psychic damage, the World Health Organization announced yesterday that its previous claim that Covid-19 was highly transmissible by those without symptoms was wrong.
The notion of asymptomatic transmission was the primary justification for economic shutdowns, school closures, “social distancing” and mask orders.
“From the data we have, it still seems to be rare that an asymptomatic person actually transmits onward to a secondary individual,” said Dr. Maria Van Kerkhove, who leads the WHO’s diseases and zoonosis unit, during a press briefing in Geneva, where WHO is headquartered. [Source]
Hey, don’t worry about it!
The fact that someone with no advanced degrees in medicine could easily tell that this virus was not highly transmissible by asymptomatic carriers simply by looking at the infection rates and lethality in places like China and South Korea doesn’t mean that those with worldwide responsibility and top medical credentials should know! We all make mistakes. Some of them lead to global depression and some of them don’t. Some of them qualify as treason or fraud and some of them don’t.
Besides, it doesn’t matter anymore. The belief that healthy people are extremely dangerous and the practice of social isolation are already ingrained in 75 percent of the population. The facts are beside the point now!
I’m just glad that the WHO gets billions of dollars from national governments, the pharmaceutical industry and concerned citizens like Bill Gates so that it can figure out when it’s made a miscalculation.
