Black Lives Couldn’t Matter Less

Fiston Ngoy, 35, is charged with raping a woman on a SEPTA train

A BLACK man in Philadelphia is accused of raping a black woman on a public transit train one evening last week. Even worse, bystanders reportedly saw the incident and did nothing as her clothes were violently ripped off and she was openly attacked.

Most or all of the people on the train — and reportedly there were “a lot” of passengers — were probably black and most or all of the passengers apparently had cell phones that would have enabled them to call 911. None of them made that call. In fact, it has been reported that some of the passengers filmed the attack on their phones.

Where are racial agitators when you need them? Where’s the looting? The kicking in of store windows? The stealing of sneakers? Where was this kind of thing after three black women were recently shot as they sat in a car?

Violence is worse than ever in Philadelphia, as it is in other American cities — and that’s no surprise given the total disruption of ordinary life in 2020 and the calculated moral valorization of the violent criminal George Floyd. Last year had the highest homicide rate in Philadelphia since 1960, a 54 percent increase over 2019, and this year is even worse. While billionaires have consolidated their wealth with pandemic fraud and other forms of white-collar criminality that ultimately lead to more untimely deaths than those on the crime-ridden streets of Philadelphia, life is cheaper than ever in black neighborhoods, where armed thugs have such notoriously poor aim that they often hit people — including young children — who are not even their intended targets. The vast majority of the hundreds of people killed in Philadelphia this year and last have been black and the vast majority of the suspected perpetrators are black.

Given the ongoing, extreme glorification by corporations, educational institutions, government and white, virtue-signaling soccer moms of the well-funded, Communist-agitprop organization Black Lives Matter, we can come up with an inescapable rule:

The more Black Lives Matter, the less black lives matter.

I’m going to go out on a limb and say, this rape in Philadelphia might not have even occurred, and hundreds of black people might still be alive, if George Floyd had never become a villainous hero and Confederate statues had never been toppled on the streets of Richmond.

I do think they deserve toppling, at the behest of their local jurisdiction.  What you may not know (I live near Richmond) is that towns have been trying for years to take them down but have been hobbled by the “monument law,” which has lately been supported more by Republicans than Democrats (even though they are Democrat statues!).  So many people here have been indoctrinated by the statues and the lost cause textbooks. So when Trump went and called them beautiful statues he solidified the case the Democrats were making that Dems were the good guys taking down the statues. Trump basically held the bag for the Democrats.

So, yes they should have come down, but no, not with violence, but at the hands of the Republicans to underline who abolished slavery, who was NOT Jim crow, and who will abolish abortion!

Terry Morris writes:

Susan R. writes parenthetically that the monuments that once adorned Monument Row in Richmond are “Democrat monuments.” They’re not Democrat monuments, they are Southern monuments. Meanwhile, there are plenty of reliable resources out there on the “interwebs” that explain in more or less detail how it came to be, over the course and time of things, that the Democrat Party – the conservative party of old, and the Republican Party – the party of radicalism – switched places and platforms. This is why the meme depicting Generals Lee and Jackson leading a column of Confederate soldiers, stating that “Democrats haven’t been this mad at Republicans since we freed their slaves” is so utterly nonsensical and stupid.

But I wouldn’t want to get into a long, drawn out debate over any of these points in any case. To do so would be an exercise in futility both ways. As it now stands, there isn’t a hair’s breadth of difference between the Democrat and the Republican parties. And anyone who thinks the Republicans are going to abolish abortion in this country is, imho, a few bricks shy of a full load. With all due respect to Susan R.

I wouldn’t put it past the GOP to topple those statues in their own good time. What’s in it for Republicans to allow Southerners any honor, any heritage, anything but unrelenting demonization? Seriously, what’s in it for them? The support of a few losers in Confederate caps?

Yes, the GOP sees where the winds are blowing.

By the way, you will wait till hell freezes over before any of these calculating pawns abolish abortion. They could have done it years ago if they wanted to and they most certainly do not want to. All they have to do is throw some anti-abortion rhetoric around to pacify their supporters. Why bother to go all the way?
