Christmas Greetings from Canada

I am here right now in a very unfree country, with “vaccine passports” required to go almost everywhere, closed cultural spaces, canceled Christmas events, the threat of a new lockdown, and the debate about mandating experimental drugs on everyone including children.
And yet, it is all in the mind. If people would just let go of the fear of “corona” or their own governments, and simply ignored all that nonsense, there would be no way that this never-ending nightmare could be forced upon all.
I received several corporate emails recently, and none of them had the words “Merry Christmas.” Some said “Happy Holidays,” others “Joyous Season.” One even had the outline of a Christmas tree, but all it said was “Happy New Year,” even though it was sent on December 23rd.
And yet, it’s Christmas. They cannot stop it.
Merry Christmas to you and to your family, and to all the readers of your blog.

Thank you. You’re right. They cannot stop it and never will.
