Thoughts on Medical Manipulation

I don’t know who this gentleman is, but he is spot on. I am a semi-retired RN of 44 years, graduated from a 3 yr hospital “diploma” program, then got my BSN. I have worked as a staff nurse giving direct patient care, as an educator, in a NICU, as a visiting nurse, school nurse, as an Assistant Director of Nursing and as a Director of Nursing in longterm care. I belonged to the state Infection Control Association at one point. I have a sister who is a doctor, and my dtr has married into a family of doctors.
When I was in nursing school, diabetes was relatively rare. Now it is everywhere, as is depression, atrial fibrillation, dementia. Never does the “medical industry” ever talk about curing, it is all about “awareness”, and “treatment”.
You’d have to be around for a lot of years to see this.
After years as a floor staff nurse (working 2/12 hr weekend shifts so I could homeschool my dtrs), I became discouraged by the terrible management hired in the nursing home I worked, and decided to move into that “career “(lol!) path.
I figured that I could not be nearly as incompetent as what were being hired to supervise me.
It took several years, simply because I was naive and would not believe it, but medicine is completely taken over by business bureaucrats who completely despise professional medical people, hold them in utter contempt and undermine any attempts to improve quality of care. These bureaucrats are very political, turf driven, and manipulative. And the women are not kinder or gentler, they are cliquey and mean…just to be mean. When quality of care suffers due to their actions and policies, they blame the nurses, especially the DON scapegoat, and just hire a new one. State regulators turn a blind eye to it all.
Doctors have all been bought out (or are shut out of insurance reimbursement) and are employees of provider facilities, that are often run by the insurers. The educational and behavioral standards of doctors and nurses have been lowered to where they just are not educated anymore, they are TRAINED to the industry, just as this man says.
The “suits” love “best practices” and “clinical pathways” because that one sized fits all treatment means, in their opinions, they can hire cheap, inexperienced staff, and they believe that they also have the same knowledge as doctors and nurses. Plus, if you want to make money, simply make the “treatment” a “best practice”, and doctors areafraid to not go along for fear of lawsuits (prime example , statins for “hypercholesterolemia”). HR takes over all hiring, firing, disciplinary actions so as Director you have no control over the caliber of care/staff, but your license is on the line.
I ended up retiring (I ended up back on the floor my last 2 yrs as a weekend supervisor on nites at 65, truly RUNNING from any nurse management position) rather than get the deathjab, but was astounded at my co-workers taking it, despite all my arguments trying to talk them out of it (“Why would you alter your DNA with an experiment for a flu with a 99% survival rate??”…and I would get a blank look).
I was very angry when the Covidcon hit, it was so clearly a hoax, and we had no equipment, just boxes of homemade cloth masks that appeared out of nowhere and that wouldn’t stay on. I couldn’t believe I was in America, where they were BRINGING infected people into locked down facilities, keeping old folks in their rooms for months on end, while releasing violent criminals from jails because they weren’t “safe”…
I could go on and on with horror stories, but am doing my best to move on and forget the decades I spent trying to care for people when management clearly did not care, and knew exactly what they were doing.
Beware “healthcare”, like everything else the globalists control, it is the opposite of what it should be.
Does the man in the video have a blog/website?
