Unlike narrow-minded commentator, “Alan,” I for one welcome the opportunity to initiate a multicultural dialogue with members of my family and thereby demonstrate the intrinsic worth of these works which are akin to a cocktail of gritty realism and fragile vulnerability.
These books demonstrate that in spite of a self-self-evidentily low intellect which seems to indicate a complete absence of activity in the frontal temporal region as well as the exaggerated development of the amygdala to the prejudice of other neural regions, thugs just wanna be loved.
I am now going to force my family to not just read these books – but live them.
