The Power of the Jury

VOTING is a sham. Both sides work for Big Brother.

Is jury nullification the solution?

Legalman offers a primer on jury nullification. “People are scared to death of the government and even of speaking out. And ultimately it all goes back to jury nullification and the rights of the people. And that’s why you will never hear about it.”

It’s worth a listen.

I don’t endorse all of Legalman’s views and I wish he would clean up his language, but he has some interesting things to say.

He argues very convincingly that this power we Americans still have left will help us reclaim our rights as free citizens. If we fail to understand jury nullification and exercise it when push comes to shove, shame on us! I’ve listened to ‘Legalman’ for a very long time, and there’s no denying he understands the facts and fallacies, the good and the bad (maybe I should say the ‘useful and the useless’) about our Constitutional system like few others.

I highly recommend the excellent indy movie The Jones Plantation, which he starred in. It is still available on Netflix, or for free on Tubi, I believe.

Thanks, Laura.

I’ve seen The Jones Plantation too and it’s well done, though a bit too dark near the end. I know he’s coming out with another movie soon.

I have a few questions about jury nullification so I need to study it more. This could be a great thing.
