I can assure that while today very few Jews know what is in the Talmud, an unhealthy percentage of them nonetheless go into Ashkenazi Apoplexy when Gentiles merely mention the name, Talmud. It is like, “Oh stoot! Who let the Kosher Kat out of the bag?” I am only half Gentile and a practicing Catholic to boot, and my comparison of the Talmud to the Quran in a family email has branded me an outcast among my mother’s Jewish family circle. THE CENTER for Medical Progress’ grisly tour de force continues with the tenth undercover video of Planned Parenthood personnel who admit to trafficking in the bodies of babies.

And the Chinese are taking full advantage of it. More than 9,000 Chinese immigrants basically bought their way into America last year. Chinese citizens were issued roughly 40 times more investor visas (also known as EB-5 visas) than any other country. South Korea was second, with just 225 immigrant investor visas. Five countries — China, South Korea, Vietnam, China (Taiwan-born) and Mexico — accounted for a staggering 90 percent of all investor visas issued in 2014, according to the U.S. Department of State.

A common assertion by modern Christians (I saw a women claim this recently in an online Catholic discussion forum) is that God wants us “to be happy.” If I understand Christianity correctly, this is the wrong “H” word. God wants us to be holy. Being holy can and often does conflict with our happiness. Isn’t that what taking up our crosses means? So while God doesn’t literally want the opposite (for us to be unhappy), saying that God wants us to be (in an earthly sense) unhappy would be closer to the truth. (more…)

  KENTUCKY clerk Kim Davis returned to work today after her six-day jail stay and made a moving statement (see video here.) She said she will not issue same-sex marriage licenses under her name because of her religious objections and any licenses signed by her deputies must state they were issued under federal authority. She pleaded for what she calls a "modest accommodation" whereby the licenses would be issued by the state or federal government instead of her office. The video of her statement is well worth watching (despite the commercials). "I don't want to have this conflict, I don't want to be in the spotlight, and I certainly don't want to be a whipping post," she tearfully says. "I am no hero, I am just a person who has been transformed by the grace of God and who wants to work and to be with my family. I want to serve my neighbors quietly without violating my conscience." "While my case might be the most visible right now, there are millions of people out there in the private and public sector who face similar situations and they need reasonable accommodations." The 2004 Kentucky marriage amendment, which did not allow for homosexual unions, was approved by 74 percent of those who voted. This instance of oppressive federal authority makes the tax and sovereignty disputes which launched the American Revolution seem minor by comparison.

Somehow the common masses, of which spirit the majority of pagan Catholics have absorbed, believe that the Church is there to make them happy. If they mess up their lives, the Church is there to take away the consequences and restore them to happiness. If their marriage is unhappy, the Church is there to remove the husband or wife or children that are making them unhappy and give them another husband or wife or children that will make them happy.
